I am a systemic psychotherapist and social worker working across clinical, community, and public engagement contexts.
My work integrates systemic, feminist-informed, and gender-sensitive approaches, with a focus on how gendered social structures, inequality, and relational dynamics shape psychological and lived experience.
Alongside my clinical practice, I facilitate group processes, workshops, and public engagement activities on gender equality, identity, psychosocial wellbeing, and social inclusion.

- Founder of “Sexism in Greece”, a public-facing initiative addressing gender stereotypes, sexism, and gendered social narratives
- Facilitator, speaker, and panel contributor at WOW Athens Festival (SNFCC), 2024–2026
- Speaker in institutional and independent events on gender equality and psychosocial themes
- Speaker at the European Parliament Office in Greece on violence against women, stereotypes, disinformation, and digital violence
- Participation in European Parliament-related activities in Brussels (including media and institutional engagement)
- Participation in stakeholder exchange with the European Institute for Gender Equality (EIGE)
- Design and facilitation of experiential workshops on gender, identity, and social norms
Collaboration
I collaborate with organisations, networks, and institutions working in gender equality, psychosocial wellbeing, and social inclusion.
My work translates systemic, feminist-informed, and psychosocial perspectives into applied formats such as workshops, facilitated dialogues, trainings, and public engagement sessions.
Typical collaboration formats include:

- participation in panels and public discussions
- contribution to project-based or institutional initiatives
I am particularly interested in collaborations that connect lived experience, practice-based knowledge, and policy-relevant dialogue within gender equality contexts.
